We are looking for a Front of House Administrator for our Supported Living Service. This is a new role to enable us to enhance our service in a key area of our work. We are a Disability Confident employer with vibrant offices in Macclesfield, Northwich and  Chester. In our four vibrant supported living homes in Northwich we provide care and support for D/deaf adults. This is a role for someone with a strong background in customer service & a proactive attitude, able to work on their own initiative & with a desire to constantly improve existing systems. You will need strong administration skills for this role. You will be the first point of contact for our Supported Living Service helping service users and their families, external agencies and staff. As a keyholder you will complete regular checks, reporting any maintenance issues ensuring good communication within the team.

As this post involves communicating with D/deaf people, it would be great if you had some knowledge of BSL but this is not essential as full training will be given.
