Who we are & what’s involved:

We are a Disability Confident employer with four vibrant Supported Living homes in Northwich, providing care and support to enable D/deaf and Deafblind adults with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour to live a full and rewarding life as independently as possible.

We are seeking to recruit individuals who can demonstrate they have they have the desire, ambition, and commitment to make a positive impact on the lives of those living within our homes.

As a professional Support Worker, you will need to demonstrate compassion and empathy when providing care/support when working with our Tenants.  Communication is key, and it is a requirement to communicate in British Sign Language, therefore a Level 1 qualification, or equivalent experience would be an advantage, however, full training and support is given.

Some individuals do require personal care, such as bathing, toileting & dressing, as well as domestic & lifestyle support to participate in a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips, attending college courses and social occasions, holidays.
