DSN provides
The people who use our day services are the most important consideration in developing what we do, and it is essential they are given opportunities and encouragement to review their development, progress and explore new challenges – this helps the adoption of new and interesting ways of learning and the improvement of experience and skills.
Our service users are given support which enables them to guide the services in the direction they wish to go, address any concerns they may have, or express any avenues of interest for the staff team to explore.

Care Quality Commission Rating
Our Supported Living and Day Services are Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This means that we have legal requirements and regulations associated with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, and inspectors look at the overall quality of the service and provide a rating for the service under the Care Act 2014.
