Support Worker Supported Living
Location: Northwich
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £13.48 per hour (£27,591 per annum)
Shifts: 3 on / 3 off, 12-hour shifts (including some nights)

We are looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our supported living team in Northwich.
About the Role
You will be supporting deaf and deafblind adults with learning disabilities and/or complex behaviours across our four vibrant supported living homes.
This is a truly rewarding role where you’ll:

About the Hours
- Consistent, full-time role
- 12-hour shifts with a structured 3 on / 3 off pattern, mainly days but will include some sleep in nights.
Additional Information
- The role is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
- You must be able to reliably travel to Northwich (public transport may be limited; access to a car is beneficial)
- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship—applicants must have the right to work in the UK
